Orders ship in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery runs 5 to 8 business days in the US and 6 to 10 in Canada, counted from the ship date. Everything arrives in recyclable packaging.

Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes. Your membership renews automatically at the end of the 12-month cycle. To cancel before it renews, open the membership dashboard in your Plastno account. You can also pause and resume anytime.
Can I share or transfer my membership?
No. Plastno Memberships are tied to one account and can't be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. Promo codes and member discounts are non-transferable. If you want to gift Plastno products, use a Plastno gift card instead.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime before your next renewal, but the membership fee is non-refundable mid-term. Your benefits stay active through the end of your 12-month cycle. If you would rather not commit to a year, you can switch to Subscribe & Save at renewal for 10% off recurring orders with no annual fee.
