Will my membership automatically renew?
Yes. Your Plastno Membership renews automatically at the end of the 12-month cycle for $48. To cancel before renewal, go to the membership dashboard in your Plastno account. You can also pause and resume anytime.
Can I share or transfer my membership?
No. Plastno Memberships are tied to one account and can't be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else. Promo codes and member discounts are non-transferable. If you want to gift Plastno products, use a Plastno gift card instead.
Can I cancel and get a refund?
You can cancel anytime before your next renewal, but the $48 membership fee is non-refundable mid-term. Your benefits stay active until the end of your 12-month cycle. Members who'd rather not commit to a year can switch to Subscribe & Save at renewal for 10% off recurring orders without an annual fee.
