Refund policy

We want you to love your Plastno products. If something isn't right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.
Returns at a Glance
- Return window: 15 days from delivery to request, plus 15 more days to ship it back
- Eligible items: Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Return shipping: $8 flat fee deducted from your refund. Free for Plastno Members.
- Refund timing: 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Free replacement, no return needed. Just email hello@plastno.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Lost in transit: Contact us within 14 days of expected delivery
- Exchanges: Return your original item and place a new order for what you want

Return Window
You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Once we issue your return label and instructions, you have an additional 15 days to ship the item back to us.
Returns requested or shipped outside these windows may not be accepted.
What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, an item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by all original components
For multi-unit orders (for example, a 3-pack of waste bags), you can return any unopened units for a refund and keep the ones you've opened. We'll refund the unopened units only.
What Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are final sale once opened or used:
- Opened or used cleaning tablets
- Opened sponges or cleaning cloths
- Opened or partially used waste bag rolls
Sale items, promotional items, and items purchased with discount codes are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
How to Start a Return
Visit Start Your Return to begin. Once you submit your request, we'll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions within 1 to 2 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard customers: We provide a prepaid return label. A flat $8 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the label.
- Plastno Members: Return shipping is free. You'll receive your full refund with no deduction.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to a refund. Store credit is issued faster and can be used on any future Plastno order.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We pack every order carefully, but if something arrives wrong, we'll make it right at no cost to you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective: Email hello@plastno.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement at no charge. You do not need to return the damaged item.
If you received the wrong item: Email hello@plastno.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item as a free replacement, and you're welcome to keep the item sent in error.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please do the following within 14 days of the expected delivery date:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone else at your address
- Confirm the shipping address on your order is correct
- Contact the carrier to open a missing package inquiry
If you've completed these steps and still can't locate the package, email hello@plastno.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a complimentary replacement.
Claims submitted more than 14 days after expected delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your original item following the steps above, and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get what you're looking for.
Canadian Orders
Plastno ships to Canada, but we don't currently support physical returns across the border due to cross-border shipping costs. If you're a Canadian customer and there's an issue with your order, please email hello@plastno.com and we'll work with you on a resolution, which may include a full or partial refund while you keep the item. Resolutions are handled case by case.
Damaged, defective, wrong, and lost-in-transit remedies apply equally to Canadian orders.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at hello@plastno.com. We respond within 1 business day and resolve the vast majority of issues quickly, whether that's a refund, a replacement, or store credit.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before reaching out to us delays the resolution process and, in many cases, prevents us from being able to help at all. While a dispute is open with your card issuer, we're limited in the actions we can take on your order.
Chargebacks filed in cases where a refund, replacement, or resolution has already been offered or issued, or chargebacks determined to be fraudulent, may result in the loss of access to future Plastno subscriptions, promotions, or orders.
We're a small team and we genuinely want to make things right. Email us first and we'll take care of you.
