Shipping policy

We ship Plastno products across the United States and Canada. This policy covers shipping rates, processing times, delivery windows, tracking, and how we handle address errors, missed deliveries, and order modifications.

Shipping Rates

United States (prices in USD)

Free shipping applies on orders of $50 USD or more, calculated after discounts and before taxes and shipping. If a promotional code or discount brings your order total below $50, free shipping no longer applies and standard rates will be charged.

We ship to all 50 US states, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship to other US territories, including Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, or the Northern Mariana Islands.

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

Canada (prices in CAD)

Canadian orders ship from our Canadian warehouse, so there are no duties, customs fees, or cross-border delays.

Plastno Members

Plastno Members receive free shipping on every order, regardless of order value, in both the US and Canada.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same shipping rates as one-time orders. Subscription orders that meet the $50 USD free-shipping threshold qualify for free shipping. Subscription orders below the threshold are charged standard shipping rates.

Processing Time

We pack and ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of the order being placed. "Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding US and Canadian federal holidays.

For example, an order placed on Monday will typically ship by Wednesday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season (November through December), Earth Month (April), and major product launches or promotions. We will post notices on the Site if delays are expected.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date your order ships, not the date it is placed.

  • United States: 5 to 8 business days
  • Canada: 6 to 10 business days

Remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and rural Canadian destinations may take longer. Plastno is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control (see Carrier Delays below).

Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers to balance reliability, speed, and cost.

  • United States: primarily USPS, occasionally UPS
  • Canada: UPS and regional Canadian carriers

We reserve the right to select the carrier that best serves your delivery address.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

Order confirmation. Once your order is placed and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. If you do not receive one within a few hours, please check your spam folder or email us at hello@plastno.com.

Shipping confirmation. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All Plastno orders are shipped with tracking. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the package if signature or hand-off is required.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Plastno is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or returns caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize your shipping address is wrong, email hello@plastno.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and correct address. If your order has not yet entered processing, we will do our best to update it. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has begun processing or shipped.

Order Modifications

If you need to make changes to your order (quantity, product, shipping address, or cancellation), email hello@plastno.com within 24 hours of placing your order with your order number and requested change.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before processing begins. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we are unable to modify it. In that case, please follow our Returns and Refunds Policy after delivery.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us by the carrier for any reason, including:

  • Undeliverable or invalid address
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Package unclaimed at a carrier pickup location

You have two options:

  1. Reship the order. We will reship your package once you pay the new shipping cost.
  2. Refund the order. We will refund the product cost. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If we do not hear from you within 14 days of the package being returned to us, we will process a refund of the product cost (minus original shipping) and consider the order closed.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please follow the steps outlined in our Returns and Refunds Policy, including contacting us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

For packages in transit with no tracking updates for an extended period:

  • US orders: contact us if there are no tracking updates for 10 or more business days after shipment
  • Canadian orders: contact us if there are no tracking updates for 14 or more business days after shipment

Email hello@plastno.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a complimentary replacement in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Carrier Delays

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is outside Plastno's direct control. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions, strikes, or outages
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Local delivery issues at the destination
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
