It's simple! First, pick which product(s) you'd like to purchase and select the quantity (FYI we provide recommended quantities based on your household size; 1-2 people or 3+). Once you've placed an order for your subscription(s), you will receive your initial order and then subsequent orders once every three or six months.

You can easily manage your subscriptions at any time. Just log into your account to make any adjustments.

You can log in to your account by clicking “Sign In” on the mobile menu or “Account” in the top right on a computer. If you do not have an account, you can either access through inputting the same e-mail address you used to purchase your subscription (via Passwordless login) or create an account and password using that same email address. Once you’ve logged in, select ‘Subscriptions’. If you have multiple subscriptions, choose which one you’d like to manage and select ‘Subscriptions.’

Shipping to the US

Standard shipping is free on orders over $40 USD within the US. For any order less than $40 USD, our shipping is $8 USD.

Shipping to Canada

• $12 CAD for all orders going to Canada.

Shipping to the UK

• £8 GBP for all orders going to the UK.

Shipping to Australia

• $38 AUD for all orders going to the Australia.

Shipping to New Zealand

• $38 NZD for all orders going to the New Zealand.

If you’re running low on any of your eco-friendly cleaning products, you can log into your account and select “Buy again” for your next subscription order.

If you don’t need all of your products, select “Show upcoming orders” under the product(s) you want to skip, and then you can “Skip” that product and we won’t send them until your next ship date!

Yes, you will receive a reminder email before your refill subscription order is processed and shipped.

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every 3 or 6 months. You can skip or cancel your individual product subscriptions. To do this, simply log into your account on our website and click on 'Subscriptions.’
