Cancellation policy

Overview
Some Plastno products are available as subscriptions, which deliver our refillable cleaning essentials on a schedule you choose. This policy explains how our subscription plans work, how you're billed, and how to cancel, skip, or change your subscription at any time.
If you'd rather not subscribe, every product on plastno.com is also available as a one-time purchase.
Available Subscription Plans
Plastno subscriptions renew automatically on one of the following schedules, selected at checkout:
- Every 1 month
- Every 3 months
- Every 6 months
- Every 9 months
Auto-Renewal and Billing
When you start a subscription, you authorize Plastno Inc. to automatically charge your saved payment method for each scheduled delivery at the interval you selected, until you cancel. Your payment details are stored securely by Shopify. Plastno does not have access to your full payment card information.
Each renewal is billed at the price listed on your subscription at the time of that renewal, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
Renewal Reminders
Before each renewal, we send an upcoming order email to the address on file. You can expect this reminder at least 2 days before your next scheduled charge and delivery, giving you time to skip, cancel, or update your subscription if needed.
If you're not receiving these emails, please check your spam folder and add hello@plastno.com to your contacts.
Managing, Skipping, and Cancelling Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment and no cancellation fees.
Self-service options:
- Sign in to your Plastno customer account
- Use the "Manage your subscription" link in any subscription email
- From there, you can skip your next order or cancel your subscription directly
Need to change frequency or swap products? Our subscription system doesn't currently support in-place frequency changes or product swaps. To make either of these changes, cancel your current subscription and start a new one at the frequency or product you'd like.

Cancellation Cutoff
To avoid being charged and shipped your next order, please cancel or skip at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Changes made inside the 24-hour window may not be captured before the order is processed.
If an Order Is Processed After You've Cancelled
If a subscription order is charged or ships after you intended to cancel, contact hello@plastno.com as soon as possible. Orders typically take about 2 business days to leave our warehouse after billing, so there's often a window to catch it.
- If we can stop the order before it ships: we'll cancel the order and refund the charge in full to your original payment method.
- If the order has already shipped: our standard Returns Policy applies.
Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we'll automatically retry the payment up to 3 times, with 7 days between each attempt. You'll receive an email notification after each failed attempt so you can update your payment method.
If all 3 attempts fail, your subscription will be paused or cancelled automatically, and no further orders will be processed until you update your payment information and reactivate.
Price Changes
If we change the price of a subscription product, we'll notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the change if you don't wish to continue at the new price.
Subscription Discounts
Subscribers receive 15% off the first order and 10% off every subsequent order, along with free shipping on qualifying orders. These discounts apply automatically while your subscription is active and end when your subscription is cancelled. We don't claw back discounts from past orders if you cancel.
